After the basic outside configuration of the house had been constructed, a lot of work went into
a reconfiguration of the inside. Other than a major load-bearing wall running down the center of
the house and a couple of other key walls, most everything else was moved. The family room and a
new dining room were combined with the family room space larger than before. The kitchen was also
expanded. A new pantry/mudroom was created. The front door was moved a bit so that we have a new
entry room/foyer and an enlarged living room. The guest room wall was moved out making it bigger.
The same process occured on the second floor leading to larger bedrooms, more and larger
bathroom, larger closets, and a laundry room. On the third floor we now have the roof deck and
the large roof room, with a bathroom, closet and vaulted ceilings. The basement is also much
larger with various rooms and a bathroom. All four floors have the stairs and an elevator.
