We took a driving trip to New England in September of 2021 primarily to attend the wedding of Susan's
nephew Marty's daughter Brittanny in Newport, Rhode Island. This was the first trip we
had been on since the start of the pandemic in early 2020. We decided to add on a few more destinations
and make a larger trip out of it. We also visited New Haven, CT, Cape Cod, MA, New London, CT, Long Beach
(Long Island), NY, and Ocean City, NJ. We took ferries in Cape Cod to Martha's Vineyard, from New London
to Long Island and from Cape May, NJ to Lewes, DE. We were gone for 11 days, leaving on a Tuesday and
returning on a Friday.
