Our third stop on the this cruise was in Rhodes, Greece. We walked a bit around the
beautiful harbor, speculating on where the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven
Wonders of the Ancient World, actually stood. Much of the ancient walls of the city
remain intact and were right at the cruise port. We visited the museum of antiquity
in a building somewhat patched together from many other old structures. Then, the
old palace has a another museum that one could get lost in for hours.
